Is it a hit or a miss? here’s my take
I loved the unbeatable location just minutes from the train station, and the stunning Matterhorn view from my room added a magical touch. Breakfast was diverse and truly delicious.
The hotel lacks an on-site restaurant for dinner, which can limit dining options. Furthermore, some noise issues from other rooms affected my comfort at night.

Loved the spacious Luxury Suite with a huge bathroom and stunning mountain views. Breakfast was delicious and had great variety. The friendly staff made our stay even better, always smiling and helpful. The spa facilities were top-notch and perfect after a day of hiking. Highly recommend!

The staff at the hotel were incredible and very attentive.
Unfortunately, the room felt outdated and a bit cramped for what we paid. We had trouble with the heating system that made our nights uncomfortable. it was far too hot and we had to keep the door open to cool down. Additionally, I found the breakfast selection lacking in healthy options, which was disappointing given the hotel's health focus.

how quaint that the spa opens late on Sundays, right when you’re checking out, not that it matters with the rude staff. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but the noisy fire alarms and unhelpfulness of the employees made it impossible. clearly hospitality is not their strong suit.

Perfect spot for family fun
The mountain views were fabulous, and the breakfast spread was really nice. Loved chilling at the bar after a day of exploring. The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi being kinda slow at times. Otherwise, a fantastic experience and super cozy vibes!

Perfect spot for family fun
After a long day on the slopes, coming back to a warm welcome from the staff felt like gold,. We got a free upgrade to a room with a stunning mountain view. The breakfast spread was massive, with everything from cereal to fresh fruits, and those ladies running it were so nice that you could almost forget you were just there to fill up.
